License agreement

This agreement defines the terms and conditions of use of the music tracks and sounds (hereinafter referred to as the “works”) produced and sold by the company Abydos Multimedia, R.C.S. Saint Etienne 440 344 323 00041, La Giraudière 42350 LA TALAUDIERE France.

Please read this agreement carefully. By purchasing and downloading any of the works from the Abydos Multimedia library, you ( licensee ) agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated therein.

ASCAP, SOCAN, PRS, GEMA and other performance rights societies:
As the productions sold by Abydos Multimedia are not managed by ASCAP, SOCAN, PRS, GEMA or any other performance rights societies, these organizations (ASCAP, SOCAN, PRS, GEMA or other) are not authorized to ask you for royalty or licensing fees or any other type of payment. In the event of a check, the Licensee can justify the free use of the music simply by presenting a copy of their Personal License agreement.

License Fees:
In return for the full payment of the fees for the works ordered at Abydos Multimedia, the Licensee is authorized to integrate these works in their multimedia and audiovisual applications within the specified set of uses described in the License.

Use of the works:
The works are available for multimedia and/or audiovisual applications such as: websites, e-mailing, video games, CD-Roms, call waiting, Interactive Voice Services, DVDs, USB keys, audio CDs, corporate videos, television, radio…
They are also available for direct transmission to the public during shows, conferences, meetings, in waiting rooms and businesses.

License agreements:
Abydos Multimedia offers its customer three types of licenses:
1 - STANDARD LICENSE
2 - DUPLICATION LICENSE
3 - DUPLICATION & BROADCASTING LICENSE

1 - STANDARD LICENSE

Standard License for:
Website
Duplication of up to 500 copies (DVD, CD-Rom, USB key)
Call waiting for up to 10 callers at the same time
Interactive Voice Services for up to 10 callers at the same time
Public multimedia presentations (Shows, Conferences...)
Multimedia animation (Video, Flash, Powerpoint, E-mailing...)
License valid for an unlimited period of time
License valid worldwide

Terms and Conditions:
The License is non exclusive.
The License is nontransferable to other projects.
License valid only for a single user.
Does not apply to television and radio broadcasts.

Prices:
Short tracks (loops): $30.00 USD
Long tracks: $45.00 USD

2 - DUPLICATION LICENSE

Duplication License for:
Website
Duplication of up to 10,000 copies (DVD, CD-Rom, USB key)
Call waiting for up to 50 callers at the same time
Interactive Voice Services for up to 50 callers at the same time
Public multimedia presentations (Shows, Conferences...)
Multimedia animation (Video, Flash, Powerpoint, E-mailing...)
License valid for an unlimited period of time
License valid worldwide

Terms and Conditions:
The License is non exclusive.
The License is nontransferable to other projects.
License valid only for a single user.
Does not apply to television and radio broadcasts.

Prices:
Short tracks (loops): $120.00 USD
Long tracks: $180.00 USD

3 - DUPLICATION & BROADCASTING LICENSE

Duplication & Broadcasting License for:
Television broadcasting
Radio broadcasting
Website
Duplication of up to 100,000 copies (DVD, CD-Rom, USB key)
Call waiting for up to 500 callers at the same time
Interactive Voice Services for up to 500 callers at the same time
Public multimedia presentations (Shows, Conferences...)
Multimedia animation (Video, Flash, Powerpoint, E-mailing...)
License valid for an unlimited period of time
License valid worldwide

The License is non exclusive.
The License is nontransferable to other projects.
License valid only for a single user.

Prices:
Short tracks (loops): $300.00 USD
Long tracks: $450.00 USD
